Raglan Street

This property was renovated then styled for sale 2 years later.  The renovation involved repositioning the kitchen making it more centralised with a long work bench that seperated the living and hallway.  Its minimalistic joinery makes for modern lines but also sits quietly so to not take over in the compact space .  The separate laundry and bathroom were opened up and incorporated to provide more space.  The aesthetic throughout the unit was made light and airy with all walls, ceiling and joinery painted in Dulux Lexicon Quarter, supported by a white washed vinyl plank flooring in the living areas and a light grey carpet in the bedrooms.  Cellular Viewscape blinds were installed throughout to link with the minimalist style and to provide privacy and light flexibility.

To style the property, we used the clients existing furniture plus added a few decorating items to finish off.
