It was all about keeping the house having a homey feel!  A presale staging project using the clients existing furniture where each room was edited by decluttering and repositioning furniture to improve layouts.  It was important to keep the mood and style of the property intact and remain sympathetic to the era of the property.  There was particular attention made to the finishing touches by adding colour and texture through soft furnishings, grass wallpaper and various artworks, some of which were commissioned and some specifically made for the space.  Vases stuffed with in season wattle and an Armadillo & Co floor mat added extra texture and a homely feel.  The front garden was tidied up adding some pot plants and new plantings to balance the existing hedge.
